To place your order for a half or whole hog, fill out the form below to customize your selections for pork processing. Each share includes a full variety of cuts — 1 Boston butt, 20 one-inch pork chops, a rack of ribs, 8 lbs. of bacon, 1 tenderloin, jowl (or 3 lbs. of jowl bacon), smoked ham hocks, and about 30 lbs. of sausage.

Pricing is $6.50 per pound, with a half hog typically yielding 60–90 lbs. and a whole hog around 120–180 lbs. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll confirm your preferred pickup location. We offer free delivery within 20 miles or pickup directly from the farm.
